We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. As a precaution, we state that delivery usually takes 3–5 working days. However, in most cases orders arrive much sooner, often the next working day after dispatch.

We provide the 3–5 working day timeframe to allow for periods of high demand and to ensure we can maintain reliable service during busy times.

During sale periods or major promotions, order volumes can be significantly higher. In these situations, delivery times may extend to up to 2 weeks, depending on demand. Please rest assured that our team will always work to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible.
